Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Cypress Automation Tester to join our Advanced Web Ranking team. As a key member of our QA (Quality Assurance) department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated tests using Cypress.io framework to ensure the reliability and performance of our web applications.

Responsibilities

Develop robust automated test scripts using Cypress.io for web applications.

Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.

Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.

Participate in agile meetings such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Work closely with the QA team to maintain test environments and test data.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.

Strong proficiency in Cypress.io for automated testing of web applications.

Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Bonus Points

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).

Good knowledge of JavaScript programming language.

Familiarity with SEO concepts and web analytics tools.

Familiarity with Docker for containerization of testing environments.

Experience with API testing methodologies
